Drop in U.S. home prices slows.
The most important snippit in this article is…
“For the first time in 16 months, the annual decline of the 10-city and 20-city composites did not set a record.”
Talk about two sides of a bad coin. Prices fell 18.6% from a year earlier but were not a record.
For those of us who are eternal optomists, this is where we say, looks like things are looking up. For those of us who are realists, lets hope we can at least say the bottom is very near and if we have further to fall, it might only result in a sprained ankle rather than the falls we have all been taking lately.
I’m the optomist, who also has a strong faith, so I’ll thank God for my faith, health, my kids health, a few dollars in the bank, a roof over our heads, and another day to make a difference.
