I hope journalists like David Weidner, at the Wall Street Journal, keep writing articles about how the SEC continues to fail in its responsibility to protect Americans, and the world for that matter, from Wall Street greed, risk, and excessive leverage. While there are a number of “to-do” items facing the SEC, repeating this nonsense would be laughable…and very painful.
