There may be a lot more of this to come.  The “small” commercial mortgage defaults will barely hit the radar, but the fallout when the larger commercial failures reach the surface could extend our bottom.  My hope is that we are at the bottom, and my expectation is that we will have plenty of news over the next 6-18 months to keep us here.
